Can I place a custom order?

Yes! We love bringing your ideas to life. Reach out to us through our contact page and we will responds via email as quickly as possible. Custom orders may require additional processing time.

How long does it take to make my item?

Because everything is handmade, processing times vary. Most items are made to order and take 1-3 weeks to complete before shipping. Custom orders may require additional processing time.

Materials & Sustainability

What materials do you use?

We use a variety of yarns and fabrics, including recycled materials wherever possible. We're committed to creating beautiful pieces that are kinder to our planet.

Are your baby toys safe?

Absolutely. Our baby toys and accessories are made with soft, baby-friendly materials that are OEKO-TEX certified and crafted with care. However, as with all handmade items, please supervise young children during play. Plush toys with safety eyes are only for children ages 3 and up.

Are the dog bandanas safe for pets?

Yes! Our bandanas are made with pet-safe materials. As always, supervise your pup when wearing any accessory.

Where do you ship to?

Once your order is complete and dispatched, standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

With Love, MyMy does not accept any returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please contact us within 2 hours of placing an order for a cancellation. As all items are handmade, all sales are final.
